the staff were helpful. the breakfast was good.
i had problems with my room. i requested two separate beds but was given one king bed, changing the bed took twenty minutes. the pillows wasn't good, i found them very soft.

The staff was friendly and helpful.
The pool area was loud, not relaxing. I asked for body lotion to be refilled three times over four days, but this did not happen. This is disappointing for a hotel of this supposed calibre.

The room's cleaning service was not thorough. Towels were not replaced. the quality of the towels did not meet the standards i expect in a luxury hotel. also, the 24-hour menu had a very limited selection.
